The boundaries for records, listings, assistance, and commercial inquiries.
Current pilot
SUB7 provides ownership records, publishing tools, classifieds, and inquiry handling on a pilot basis. These operating terms do not replace a signed commercial agreement. Confirm the contracting party and applicable terms before paid work.
No vehicle purchase funds, deposits, escrow, or online appearance payments are collected through these tools. Listing publication remains subject to the fee authorization displayed in the seller workflow; the pilot does not provide a payment checkout.
Your records and content
Submit only content you have the right to use. Keep facts accurate, distinguish estimates, and avoid including another person's private information. You retain rights in your content and permit SUB7 to store, process, and display it according to the permissions and publication choices you make.
You are responsible for reviewing drafts, receipt fields, disclosures, and plan dates. You control publication and confirmation; Concierge output is not an approval or a substitute for reviewing the original source.
Buying and selling
Sellers are responsible for authority to sell, title, condition, pricing, and legal disclosures. Buyers should independently confirm identity, ownership, title, payment instructions, and vehicle condition, and arrange an appropriate inspection. Account authentication and document labels are not SUB7 certification.
A seller inquiry does not reserve a vehicle. Listing availability is seller-confirmed for a limited period and may change before the page is updated. SUB7 may hide or suspend content and restrict misuse.
Mechanical and track decisions
Records and owner-approved plans do not certify roadworthiness, track readiness, recall completion, warranty coverage, or compliance. Follow applicable manufacturer guidance, qualified professionals, and the event organizer. Do not rely on an AI answer for a safety-critical decision.
Appearances and partnerships
An inquiry is not a booking, reservation, quote acceptance, or payment obligation. Delivery and vehicle custody, transport, venue approval, insurance, security, rights, cancellation, and commercial terms must be agreed in writing. Referral compensation and sponsored content must be disclosed.
